Mr. Yurcich has been practicing civil litigation in Southern California since 2001. Mr. Yurcich’s practice focuses on tort claims, insurance coverage, business litigation, including breach of contract claims, banking, real estate, unfair competition, and construction claims. Mr. Yurcich has successfully represented a broad spectrum of clients from individuals to Fortune 500 companies on complex issues before both state and federal courts. During law school, Mr. Yurcich was an extern for Hon. James F. Stiven of the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California.
